"This is probably the 5th or 6th time I’ve ordered bulk slabs of meat from the meat store. Both the sirloin and scotch fillet Have always purchased when they have a sale which makes it good value. Full price I think better value can be had elsewhere. I try to buy grass fed and finished where possible. I have never been disappointed with the meat thus far. Excellent flavour and more importantly excellent texture and bite. They slice for free and the meat arrives well presented. I’ve had some places slice for free and clearly they haven’t taken the same time or care as meat store does. Some of the best chicken schnitzel I’ve had also. If the meats on a good sale jump on !"

Awesome cut & quality

"Im a father of 5 kids who are picky. . . . all parents can agree! The scotch fillet is a favourite. All it needs for seasoning is a bit of salt (& some olive oil if you're feeling adventurous) absolutely outstanding. Always cook on the bbq. My kids and I devour it! It's even better knowing it's grass fed and naturally raised Aussie cattle. This will be the 4th order. We buy in bulk being a family of 7. The guys cut it into 350g steaks & vacuum bag 2 steaks to a bag. Bloody brilliant at a price point that most families can splurge for great meat. Thanks guys."
