Eligibility for Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh and cooked meats, all refund or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted with a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
  • The item(s) must be returned in-store or scheduled for pick-up to be eligible for a refund.
  • The refund amount will be based on the quantity and condition of the returned product.

Fresh & Cooked Meat Refund Policy

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (where possible) and stored correctly before return.
  • If a quality issue is raised, we may require further details or images to assess the issue before processing a refund or replacement.

Online Order Refunds

  • Refunds for online purchases will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
  • If your order was delivered and requires a return, please contact us to arrange a pick-up where applicable.
