All our sausages are made in-house using a carefully balanced meat-to-fat ratio to deliver exceptional texture and juiciness. Each batch is seasoned with a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices, tailored specifically to that sausage style. We produce our sausages in small batches rather than in bulk, ensuring consistency, freshness, and flavour in every bite.

Great grass fed sausages without lots of fillers/rice

"Most sausages are filled with things like rice and fillers. These are 100% grass fed beef, with some spices. They are tasty, but being made from 100% grass fed beef they won’t be “typical” to many palates who are used to eating sausages from Coles/Woolies. These are high quality, and great for people doing low carb or carnivore."
