All our sausages are made in-house using a carefully balanced meat-to-fat ratio to deliver exceptional texture and juiciness. Each batch is seasoned with a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices, tailored specifically to that sausage style. We produce our sausages in small batches rather than in bulk, ensuring consistency, freshness, and flavour in every bite.

Origin: Prepared and made in-house by The Meat Store using 100% Australian meat. All meat is sourced from Australian farms.

Cook gently over low heat on the BBQ or in a pan, turning regularly due t ther low fat content.

Allow 2–4 sausages per person, depending on size and sides.
