Bowles Veal Jus is a rich veal stock reduction made from specially selected grass-fed bones, simmered and reduced over 36 hours to add a well balanced, silky smooth finish to any recipe or dish you create. It is ideal for enhancing and extending flavours in all types of meat dishes such as braised dishes, soups, risottos, and pasta sauce recipes. It can be kept for up to 6 weeks in the fridge after opening, or it can be frozen until needed again.
